ORDERING

Q: What if I need to modify my order?

A: If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email info@zenbeautygroup.com. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

Q: Will I have to pay sales tax?

A: All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax. 

Q: Where does my order ship from?

A: All orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California through USPS

 

SHIPPING

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed? 
A: Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow up 24-72 hours for us to process your order. You should receive an email notification once your order has shipped. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during transit, please contact us at info@zenbeautygroup.com
Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: It is free shipping and handling for any orders over $15. For any orders under $15 there is a $4.99 flat rate fee. This fee will cover the shipping postage, packaging, and labor in handling the order. We are an women-owned and operated company that pays our workers above the standard living wage, which is reflected in our shipping and handling fee. 

REFUNDS

Q: I’m not happy with my purchase- how can I receive a refund?
A: We're very sorry the product did not work for you. Unfortunately due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns.
